Save document for review

Manager An Admin user who can manage and assign feedback, workflows, document, images etc. users in the Workflow Documents accessed from a review or approve list in the Folder view. managers and Authors roles can save a document for review.

  1. Select the document from the folder tree.

  2. Click Edit .

    The document displays.

  3. Make any required edits.

  4. Click Save.

  5. The Save dialog box displays.

  6. Click Save.

    Note: If the Save button does not have a drop-down list, the document does not have a Workflow applied. To apply a workflow, refer to Apply Workflow.

  1. Select Save for review.

The document is saved for review.

Note: To start a review without making edits to the document:

  1. Select the document from the folder tree.

  2. Select Details & Actions > Workflow > Manual workflow settings.

  3. Click Select workflow in the Workflow name field.

  4. Select a workflow.

  5. Select Start workflow now from the Start workflow field.

  6. Click Save.
