About Default User

The default user represents all unregistered users. In other words, the properties and permissions in the default user's record apply to all users who do not have individual records in Registered Users. For example, if the default user properties include permissions to send faxes using the Web Client, then all users who do not have individual records in Registered Users can send faxes using the Web Client.

After you register a user, he has an individual record with unique properties, so the properties of the default user no longer apply.
