About Preview Manager Component

The Preview Manager component determines whether outbound messages require preview or not. Only Upland AccuRoute servers with the Web Client support the functionality associated with this component.

You can have only one instance of this component. You cannot modify its settings.

Outbound faxes requiring preview

If an outbound message requires preview, the server generates and sends a notification message to the sender. The notification message indicates that the outbound message is waiting to be previewed and provides a link to the message in the Web Client. Then the Preview Manager component sends the outbound message to the Preview Pending component, which holds the message until it has been accepted or declined, or until it expires.

Outbound faxes not requiring preview

If an outbound message does not require preview, the server continues processing it for delivery.
