The Preview Pending component holds an outbound message until the sender evaluates it or until it expires. You can have up to four instances of this component. You should not modify its settings unless Technical Support instructs you to do so.
Accessing Preview Pending component
To access the Preview Pending component

Start the Server Administrator.
On the Start menu, click Upland AccuRoute > -
On the console, expand the Server Administrator tree

Double-click Components. The Components are listed in the details pane.

Click Preview Pending component to open the Properties page.
Using the Preview Pending Component
You can use the Preview Pending component to set up the requirement for designated users to preview messages before processing and delivery.
To use the Preview Pending component, you must perform the following tasks.

Enable preview in the Preview Manager component.

Install and configure the Web Client.

Add the Web URL to the server properties.

Configure the server properties following the instructions below.
Configuring server properties

Start the Server Administrator.
On the Start menu, click Upland AccuRoute > -
On the console tree, right-click the server name.

Select Properties. The Server Properties dialog box appears.

In the Manage Server Profile section, click Configure. The Server Profile Properties dialog box appears.

Click the Permissions option.

Select Allow sender to request fax previews.

Click OK to save your changes.
