About QuickFlows

QuickFlows are templates that Administrators can use to quickly and easily configure workflow rule sets, buttons, devices and more in one centralized location. Each QuickFlow template is presented in a wizard that leads you through a series of steps which include:

  • Requirements – This step checks the Upland AccuRoute Server version, connector, device and other types of configurations. See Before you begin for more information.

  • Naming – This step is used to specify a unique workflow name and add a description. The description is optional.

  • Scan – This step is used to specify Scan button details and properties.

  • Deliver to – This step is used to specify delivery details.

  • Job Properties – This step is used to add, edit, remove, and move job property details in a specific order.

  • Notifications – This step is used to specify a notification type and details.

Before you begin

A minimum requirements check is done when you create a new QuickFlow. A message appears if the minimum requirements are not met. You will not be able to continue and configure the QuickFlow until the minimum requirements pass this check.

Tip: Ensure you have the appropriate connectors and devices configured before you begin.

See the Minimum Requirements Check below.
