Modifying the Fax Mail Box Access Control List

You can modify the Access Control list for the AccuRoute Fax mail box by using the Notes client on the server.

Note: Important! Perform this step only if you are using two user accounts during the setup process. You can skip this procedure if you are using a single user account.

To modify the Access Control list for the AccuRoute Fax mail box

  1. Log on to the Notes client on the AccuRoute Server system using the Admin user account with a password.

  2. On the File menu, select Database and then select Open.

  3. Click Browse on the Open Database page.

  4. From the Files of type drop-down list, select All Files.

  5. On the list box, select accuroutefax_mail.box and click Select.

  6. On the Open Database page, click Open.

  7. On the Notes desktop, right-click on the mail database and select Access Control from the shortcut menu.

  8. Click Add on the Access Control List page.

  9. Click the button next to the Person, server, or group text box, locate the user with no password that you will use to log on to the Notes client installed on the AccuRoute Server system and click Add.

  10. Click OK.

  11. On the Access Control List page, select Person from the User Type drop-down list and select Manager from the Access drop-down list.

  12. Click OK.
