Reauthorizing Access to a NetDocuments Account

For Upland AccuRoute Desktop Client and NetDocuments users only

Issue: Desktop Client and NetDocuments Error Message Appears After Upgrade

The following error message appears when attempting to profile a document after completing a Server and Desktop Client  upgrade.

Upland AccuRoute in conjunction with NetDocuments support the OAuth (Open Authorization) New Refresh Token Issuance for enhanced security and flexibility. An upgrade to the Server, Desktop Client, and Queue from a previous installation will require a reauthorization of NetDocuments.

See About OAuth New Refresh Token Issuance for more information.
