You can create LCR rules on the Fax Sr. server by using the Fax Sr. System Manager. Complete instructions on creating LCR rules can be found in the Advanced Fax Sr. Features online PDF file, located in the \Documentation folder on the Fax Sr. server. Additionally, this PDF can be downloaded from the AccuRoute web site support section.
To create LCR rules on the Fax Sr. server

Start the Fax Sr. System Manager.

Select LCR from the Setup menu.

Click the LCR option and verify that Perform Least Cost Routingto other servers is selected.

Click New.

Complete the fields on the Edit Least Cost Routing page as follows:

For phone numbers that begin with the pattern - Enter the phone number you want Fax Sr. to match and route to AccuRoute. If you want all faxes routed to AccuRoute, enter *.

Send this fax via - Select the wide area network or computer name/address option and type the IP address of the AccuRoute Server.

Click OK to save the rule.

On the LCR option of the Outgoing Faxes page, click Advanced.

Verify that TCP/IP is selected under Transport Protocol, and that the port is set to 7777.

Under Connection Failures, select Retry connection instead of sending locally and clear Send mail after each failure to connect to remote server.

Under Timeout, select No timeout from Resend locally if no confirmation after.

Click OK.
Tip: In addition to creating LCR rules, you might need to delete those LCR rules that are no longer being used.
