Database Connector Fields List

The following table lists the fields associated with the Database connector.

Field Name	Field Types Supported	Description
COUNT_PAGES_RECEIVED	nvarchar	Total number of pages in the inbound message, including cover pages if applicable.
COUNT_PAGES_SENT	nvarchar	Total number of pages in the outbound message, including cover pages if applicable.
FAXCENTER_ROUTED_BY	nvarchar	FaxCenter operator the fax was routed by.
FAXCENTER_ROUTED_TO	nvarchar	Name of the final recipient when an inbound message was routed from the server to FaxCenter and then to the final recipient.
MessageContents	nvarchar	Contents of the inbound message. The message will be compressed in a ZIP file and stored as binary data in the database. The MessageContents field is only required if you are storing the files directly into the database. It is not required if you are storing the documents in a folder share.
MessageBodyPath	nvarchar	Path to the folder where the inbound message has been stored. (The message will be compressed in a ZIP file.)
PAGES	nvarchar	Pages that were routed by the FaxCenter operator.
prAccessCode	nvarchar, int	Access code associated with an outbound message.
prBillingCode	nvarchar, int	Billing code associated with an outbound message.
prConceptuallyInbound	nvarchar	Indication of whether the message is inbound or outbound.
prDateDelivered	nvarchar, datetime	Date when the server delivered the message to the recipient.
prDateRouted	datetime	Date the fax was routed by the FaxCenter.
prDateSendAfter	nvarchar, datetime	Date when the server attempts to deliver the message. This value is significant when the sender of the message requested a delay in delivery.
prDateSubmitted	nvarchar, datetime	Date the message was submitted to the server for processing and delivery.
prDestination	nvarchar	Recipient address specified by the sender.
prDestinationLocalized	nvarchar	Destination of the message after the address was "localized" by the Dispatch component.
prJobID	nvarchar, int	Job ID number of the message on the server.
prLanguageIdentifier	nvarchar	Language of the message. This value will be represented by the appropriate country code.
prOmtoolServerVersion	nvarchar	Version of the server that processed the message.
prOriginator	nvarchar	Identity of the sender. The value in this field might be an email address, fax address, or other identification.
prOriginatorANI	nvarchar	Caller ID of the original message sender.
prOriginatorCSI	nvarchar	Identity of the fax board channel that received the inbound fax.
prOriginatorType	nvarchar, int	Numerical code that represents the type of originator (email, fax, etc.).
prPriority	nvarchar	Priority of the message as specified by the sender. This value can be High, Normal, or Low.
prProviderTSI	nvarchar	Identity of the fax device that sent the inbound fax.
prRecipientID	nvarchar, int	Job ID number of the message delivered to a recipient.
prTemplateFilename	nvarchar	File name of the cover page template that was sent with this message.
RECIP_ASSISTANT_NAME	nvarchar	Name of the recipient's assistant.
RECIP_ASSISTANT_PHONE	nvarchar	Telephone number of the recipient's assistant.
RECIP_BUSINESS_ADDRESS	nvarchar	Address of the recipient's business.
