You can set up group-specific time zones by using the Groups Properties > Location setting.
To set up Group-specific time zones

Start the Server Administrator.

Expand the Server Administrator tree, if necessary.

Expand Configuration.

Select Groups. The groups appear in the details pane.

Select a group. The Group Properties dialog box appears.

Select Location.

Select the Enable members of this group…. check box.

Select a time zone on the Time Zone drop-down list.

Click OK.
For current cover page, fax top line, and email notification template users
The following updates must be completed if you are currently using cover pages, fax top lines or email notifications as part of your workflow configuration and want to use group-specific time zones.
Cover page template files
This update must be done in the language-specific directories that your server supports and for each cover page template file that uses Date and Time variables.
The Cover page template files are located in:
…\Upland Upland AccuRouteUpland AccuRoute\Languages\XXX\Coverpages
Note: The XXX value in the path represents the language folders used at your company.
Use the following table to update the Cover page template files.
