Viewing Message Properties

Administrators can view and use message properties to troubleshoot and manage messages processed by the Upland AccuRoute Server. Each message has a set of properties that is categorized in the following manner.

  • General lists properties like recipient, email address, routed to, priority, job id, status and more.
  • Attachments lists attachments sent with the message.
  • Job Properties lists job properties associated with the message.
  • Barcodes lists barcodes used with message.
  • Confirmations lists notifications about the message.

In addition, each message has an Activity Log and Journal. The Activity Log shows message activities and server processing time values. The Journal shows message events, errors, and statuses.

You can view message properties by using the Server Administrator > Messages node.
