About WebApps

WebApps is an intranet-based user application that allows users to perform the following tasks.

  • Access and work with Message Lists in the Inbox, Outbox, and History views.

  • Email or fax electronic documents.

  • Create Personal or Public document distributions.

  • View Mobile Reservations.

  • Set Recipient Properties, Message Options, and User Preferences.

Users can also create Routing Sheets, scan to a fax or folder, and use WebApps features to work with My Files, Microsoft SharePoint, and iManage.

WebApps User Interface

The user interface features an intuitive and tile-based workspace. WebApps opens to a Home page that features application tiles and a navigation bar. You can select the tiles to directly access an application, such as Create Distribution. Others tiles offer more options. For example, when you select Messages, you will see the Inbox, Outbox, and History tiles. Your Administrator configures User Group access to sets of application tiles by using the Server Administrator tool.

Note: Only Administrators have access to the Server Administrator.
