Adding a Network Printer

The WebApps Client uses Active X controls to read the list of configured network printers available on the Client system. You can add a network printer by using Preferences > Options.

To add a network printer

  1. Open WebApps from your browser.

  2. Click Preferences > Options. The Options page appears.

  3. In the Printer box, type the Network printer name or IP address.

  1. Click Save.

Note: Contact your Administrator for the Network printer name or IP address. The Server will use this printer for printing purposes. It must be accessible to the server. Only one printer can be specified for use in Options.
