About Exchange Connector

The Upland AccuRoute server communicates with your Microsoft Exchange Server through the Exchange connector. The Exchange connector is compatible with Exchange 2000/2003/2007 servers and Microsoft Exchange clusters.

The connector supports only one Exchange server; if necessary, you can add an Exchange connector to support each additional Exchange server. Do not configure more than one Exchange connector for the same Exchange server.

Note: Microsoft has discontinued support for Exchange 5.5 and, as a result, Upland Upland AccuRoutecan no longer qualify it with the current shipping version. You will need to contact your Account Manager for a quote to qualify this solution and purchase per incident support from Microsoft to support AccuRoute with this qualification.

If you upgrade your company's Exchange server, you must delete the Exchange connector and add it again.
