About Server Properties

Administrators can specify new or modify the following server properties.

General

Use General to view the following parameters.

  • Server information and applied updates

Settings

Use Settings to specify the following parameters.

Address Book

Use Address Book to specify the following parameters.

  • Enable address book lookups
  • Window Title
  • Refresh Period
  • Display Name Format
  • Labeling

Cluster

Use Cluster to specify the following parameters.

  • Preferred server cluster master (For Cluster configurations only)

Accessing server properties

You can access and view server properties by using the Server Properties dialog box.

To access server properties

  1. Start the Server Administrator.
    On the Start menu, click Upland AccuRoute > Upland AccuRoute Server Administrator.

  2. On the Server Administrator tree, right-click the server name. The Properties shortcut menu appears.

  3. Select Properties. The Server Properties dialog box appears and lists the following general server information.

    • Server - Server name

    • OS- Server operating system (version and build number)

    • Phone Number - The phone number and format used to send faxes

    • File Encryption - Enabled or not enabled
    • Applied Updates - Name, description, and status
  4. Use the tabs to specify new or modify server properties as needed.
  5. Click OK.
