WebApps WorkSite Extension

The WorkSite extension is software that integrates directly into the iManage Cloud and On-Prem web interface known as WorkWeb. The extension enables iManage users to perform various tasks utilizing AccuRoute and iManage functionality. The WorkSite extension must be set up by an Administrator before iManage users can see and work with the appropriate AccuRoute iManage related context menus and options. In addition, iManage Work Panel in Outlook users will need the latest version of iManage Work Desktop for Windows 10.5.1.2 and iManage Work Agent.

Note: All WebApps users who previously used the iManage WorkWeb WorkSite extension are required to clear their browser cache and cookies if your company is upgrading the WebApps to the latest version. This is to ensure that the latest installation and configuration run properly after the upgrade is complete.

Setting up the WorkSite Extension for On-Prem only

Ensure the following requirements have been met before you set up the WorkSite extension.

  • WebApps must be installed and configured for HTTPS.

  • An active Client Option Pack license is required. Contact your Account Manager, if necessary.

  • On-Prem WorkSite server must be 10.3.1 or higher and the WorkWeb component must be 10.2.6.61 or higher.

  • The WorkSite or WorkSiteRESTV2 connector must be set up. See iManage On-Prem Server – Setting up WorkSiteRESTV2 connector (Server version 10.3.1 or higher) for more information.

  • The WorkSite extension must be set up in the Server Administrator.

Note: Although you can use the new WorSiteRESTV2 connector for your On-Prem server environment, AccuRoute recommends that you use the WorkSite connector instead.

Setting up the WorkSite Extension for Cloud only

Ensure the following requirements have been met before you set up the WorkSite extension for Cloud only.

  • WebApps must be installed and configured for HTTPS.

  • An active Client Option Pack license is required. Contact your Account Manager, if necessary.

  • Contact iManage and AccuRoute Support to get the WorkSite extension registered for your account.

  • The WorkSiteRESTV2 connector must be set up. See iManage Cloud Server – Setting up WorkSiteRESTV2 connector for more information.
