iManage Cloud Browser Control WebView2

As a result of the Internet Explorer (IE) deprecation taking place among businesses, changes have been made to browser control functionality in an effort to support new and on-going Upland AccuRoute and iManage integrations.

AccuRoute has upgraded its browser control functionality to Microsoft Edge Webview2 Evergreen x86. Administrators must install the x86 version on all servers, WebApps, AccuRoute Desktop and AccuRoute Queue if these Client applications are part of your configuration. User Interface (UI) changes have been made to point you to the installer during configuration if necessary.

Errors will occur when using WorkSiteRestV2 and the deprecated IE browser control functionality during the profiling of documents. Ensure WebView2 has been installed for the following configurations if applicable.

Note: The WebView2 message below appears if you attempt to create a default profile at the connector level.

 

Note: The WebView2 message below appears if users attempt to save to WorkSiteRESTV2 at the queue level.

 

The following message appears if WebView2 has not been installed.

No additional setup is required in the Server Administrator and Client applications after WebView2 has successfully been installed.
