Approvals
The approval system lets nominated contacts review and approve campaigns before launch. This allows for multiple final checks to help ensure your contacts receive accurate, quality, content and provides you with a full record of replies and outcomes from approval responses.
Uses of the Approval System
An approval request form along with a copy of your campaign will be sent to an individual or an approval group to comment, amend, approve or reject automatically.
Note: Approval users do not need to be Adestra users.
For example, this means your campaign can be checked if:
- You are an agency working on a clients campaign, the finished campaign can be automatically previewed and approved by the client before launch to ensure all parties are satisfied.
- As a company policy you may decide that at least 3 people must approve a campaign before it is sent each time. The campaign could then be launched manually or automatically on receipt of those 3 approvals.
Note: A rejection will automatically cancel all pending requests for that campaign and the approval process will need to be restarted.
When cancelling a launch approval for a launch that is in a launch group, the remaining launches are also cancelled.
