Launches Tab

The launches tab provides you with a history of launch activity for the current campaign, which includes delivery details and the launch list. This allows you to keep track and refer back to any previous individual launches to see when it was sent, how it was sent and to who it was sent.

Launch Tab Record Table

Within the table you will have the individual creation date, scheduled date and launch date. Selecting the creation date takes you to the to the individual launch information page.

The table also shows delivery information such as the number of emails sent, the associated mailing list and whether the launch was delivered or not. Selecting the mailing list lets you see more information about that list.

Launch Information

The launch information page provides more details and delivery information for the launch.

Basic Details

  • ID: An internal identification number
  • Date created: The time and date of launch creation
  • Launch reference: Reference given to identify launch
  • List: The mailing list attached to the launch
  • Variant: If split tested launch, the individual variant will be displayed
  • Launched by: The user who launched the campaign
  • Published by: The user who published the campaign
  • Status: Will show whether the launch is still in progress or complete

Delivery Information

  • Started: The time and date that the launch was started
  • Completed: The time and date of completion
  • Total: The number of emails attempted
  • Sent: The number of emails sent after filtering out unsubscribes etc
  • Failed: The number of emails that failed to send

Audits

If a launch has been marked for audit, you can view details within the table at the bottom of the launch information page. The list will display any existing audits for the launch.

  • ID: An internal audit identification number
  • Issue number: The reference entered when the audit record is added, which identifies the launch in audit data
  • Auditor: Which of the two audit companies the audit is for
  • Auditor Email: The audit email address
  • Email Sent: The timestamp for the email sent
  • Auditor FTP: The audit FTP destination
  • FTP Sent: the timestamp for the FTP file sent

From here you can click on the audit issue number to view the audit information.

It is also possible to send an email copy of the audit data using the Email me the audit data link. The email will be send to the address of the current Adestra user.

Delete an Audit

The option to delete an audit will only be available if the audit has not already been sent.

To delete an audit, you must first select the audit issue number to view the audit information page.
