Using the Form Builder
This is an On Demand feature. If you would like more information about this feature, contact your customer success manager.
Forms, such as a newsletter sign-up form, preference centre, competition entry, etc. are a way of capturing and managing your data.
Use forms to:

Bring in new contacts.

Send personalised campaigns.
-
Ensure recipients are happy with what they receive.

Notify customers, etc.
For some example forms and how they may be built, refer to the examples section.
Form builder interface
Access the form builder from your workspace by:

Opening the Workspace menu in the main nav bar.

Selecting Forms.
The form builder has two tabs: Forms and Form Templates.
Forms
The forms tab displays a table of your existing forms.

Press the + Create Form button to add a new form to the table.

Select an existing form from the table to view its details.
The form details page has four tabs:

Overview - includes:
-
The general form information, such as Form ID, a Form URL or a Form Link,

The Form Elements used in the form, and
-
The form administration options (Create From Table Fields, Copy Form, and Delete Form).
Note: event statistics are not deleted if you delete a form.

Settings - view or change the settings you provide in the initial form creation.
Note: once a form is saved, the Core Table cannot be changed.

Actions - lists the actions associated to the form and their element (at a form or element level).
Note: any actions created in the Form Actions tab, will be form-level actions.

Preview - displays the rendered version of your form.

Form templates
The form templates tab displays a table of your existing form templates.

Press the + Create Template button to add a new form template to the table.

Select an existing template from the table to view its details.
The form template details page has two tabs:

Overview - includes the general information, such as the template ID, and a list of associated forms.

Preview - displays a rendered version of the template as a form.
