What are Forms?

Forms are a way of both capturing and managing your data. Bringing in both new contacts and ensuring the ones you have are happy with what they already receive.

Whether it's a sign-up form, preference centre, competition entry or other—it gives you a chance to learn more about your customers. You can then use that data to send them personalised, relevant and timely campaigns, helping to increase engagement and ROI.

Our Form Builder allows you to easily create your own forms, with a host of functionality. Including the ability to add and remove contacts from lists and trigger campaign launches.

Why are Forms Important?

Customers are likely to first interact with your brand on your website, and you will want to ensure their future custom past that initial browse or a completed basket. And using a simple newsletter sign-up form is really effective for this.

What about the data you already have? Maybe you want to grow it or refine it.

Using preference centre forms you can make sure you're offering the right kind of communications to your contacts, while at the same time obtaining new information which can be leveraged for more targeted campaigns.

Examples

Here are a couple of examples of what you can do with the Form Builder, with differing levels of design effort involved.
