Tags in Adestra
Tags allow easy navigation throughout your account and are visible at every level. They mean that users can better organise accounts too, grouping related items together, allowing more control over the management of all system levels.
On this page:
Setting Tags
You can set tags on:
- Workspaces
- Projects
- Campaigns
- Lists
- Filters
They can be applied when in a creation form or, if already created, via the settings tab.
Using Tags
Tags are shown at each level of your account. Shown in order of popularity (most use), in the display at the top of the overview.
Searching Tags
There are different places that you can search tags, which subsequently search different things.
The Search Bar
You can use the search bar to look for tags within the table below it. All you need to do is change the search type from 'All' to 'Tags' and then enter your search criteria.
Popular Tags List
At account, workspace and project level there will be a list, from left to right, of popular tags. Clicking these will search all items within the table below it.
Overview Information
When within a workspace or project you can see the tags attributed to it in the overview information. Selecting one of these tags will search all account spaces of the same type: e.g. if you are in a workspace and click the workspace tags, it will search all other workspaces in the account.
Campaign Tags
When within a campaign you can select a tag from the administration panel, which will then search all campaigns within the account that have the same tag.
List Tags
List tags are also able to be added upon list creation or via their settings page. You can search through lists the same as you would workspaces, projects and campaigns. However, as there are no cascading elements to the list system, there are no other levels of tagging.
You will also be able to see list tags when selecting a list for a campaign. The pop up will contain both the popular list along the top whilst displaying tags by the side of each list.
Filter Tags
Filter tags work the same as list tags, in that there are no cascading elements. Popular tags are found along the top and are also displayed within the table of filters. You can, like the other tagging options, also search via the search box.
Tags in Reporting
When looking at Account Reports you can use the tags applied to workspaces, projects or campaigns to filter the aggregate report data.
Note: Multiple tags create an AND condition where only areas that match all tags selected will be displayed.
