He'll now guide everyone through the Test the Plan phase of the meeting

Sharing Vulnerabilities

It's time for the reviewers to share any potential vulnerabilities they spotted during the presentation.

They add these by clicking the feed's Vulnerability button.

A reviewer can like a vulnerability someone else has posted in the feed. This is a good way for everyone to see which vulnerabilities are on more than one person's mind.

 

Lynn takes each reviewer in turn, discussing the potential vulnerabilities they've shared.

If any of these warrants a follow-up action on the opportunity, she can use the Create Action option in the drop-down beside the vulnerability.

 

The action is added to the opportunity's Actions list.

 

When all vulnerabilities have been addressed, the Test the Plan phase is complete. The group is ready to move to the next phase of the Test & Improve.

By testing the plan, reviewers can help the presenter identify potential blind spots and weaknesses in the opportunity. As presenter, you can:

• Create actions to follow up on vulnerabilities
