Sample Configuration for a Max User

This table summarizes a basic configuration for a Max user:

Setting Description
Permission Set(s)

One or more of the following:

  • Altify Max User (for access to the Max panel and email/Chatter digests)
  • Altify Max Editor (for access to add, edit and delete insights)
  • Altify Max Administrator (for low-level Max administration tasks)
License

Grant a Altify Max license to the user. This gives them access to the Altify Max features covered by their permission set.
Email Configuration

Altify Max custom settings:

  • Email Users enabled
  • Email Managers enabled if appropriate

Max Administration page's EMAIL tab:

  • Clear the Email to UserId field.
