Enabling Email Notifications
Once enabled, email notifications are sent to users whenever they are assigned an action (when the action is created, or if the action is reassigned to a user).
Note: Notifications are only sent for actions with a PRIME category. They are not sent if PRIME categories are hidden.
To enable these notifications, do the following:
- In Setup, go to Custom Settings.
- Click Manage beside Altify Opportunity Manager Settings.
- Click Edit.
- Select the Enable Prime Action Email Notifications check box.
- Click Save.
