Enabling Email Notifications

Once enabled, email notifications are sent to users whenever they are assigned an action (when the action is created, or if the action is reassigned to a user).

Note: Notifications are only sent for actions with a PRIME category. They are not sent if PRIME categories are hidden.

To enable these notifications, do the following:

  1. In Setup, go to Custom Settings.
  2. Click Manage beside Altify Opportunity Manager Settings.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Select the Enable Prime Action Email Notifications check box.
  5. Click Save.
