Hiding PRIME Action Categories

Opportunity Manager can be configured so that the PRIME action methodology is not applied.

By enabling this custom setting, you hide the following:

  • PRIME Action field when an action is being created or edited.

  • Action Type column on the Actions tab.

Note: If this setting is enabled, users will no longer receive email notification of when they are assigned an action. The setting Enable Prime Action Email Notifications only works for actions with a PRIME category.

  1. In Setup, go to Custom Settings.

  2. Click Manage beside Altify Opportunity Manager Settings.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Select the Hide PRIME Type Column check box.

  5. Click Save.

Note: If this setting is enabled, you need to configure the Actions tab so that actions without a PRIME category are displayed.
