Hiding PRIME Action Categories
Opportunity Manager can be configured so that the PRIME action methodology is not applied.
By enabling this custom setting, you hide the following:

PRIME Action field when an action is being created or edited.

Action Type column on the Actions tab.
Note: If this setting is enabled, users will no longer receive email notification of when they are assigned an action. The setting Enable Prime Action Email Notifications only works for actions with a PRIME category.

In Setup, go to Custom Settings.

Click Manage beside Altify Opportunity Manager Settings.

Click Edit.

Select the Hide PRIME Type Column check box.

Click Save.
Note: If this setting is enabled, you need to configure the Actions tab so that actions without a PRIME category are displayed.
