The Key Deal, Attention, and T&I columns in the opportunity details area of TeamView show icons that you can use to flag individual opportunities in different ways, and make notes about them.
Your administrator controls which of these columns is available in each view.
Mgmt KeyDeal
This column enables you to manually indicate whether this particular opportunity represents a key deal.
By default, the icon is gray, indicating that it is not a key opportunity.
Click the icon to change its status and add any relevant notes (and to view when it was last updated and by whom).
Mgmt Attn
This column enables you to flag a particular opportunity as requiring special attention.
By default, the icon is gray, indicating that it does not require special attention.
Click the icon to change its status and add any relevant notes (and to view when it was last updated and by whom).
Mgmt T&I
This column enables you to flag a particular opportunity as requiring a Test & Improve session.
By default, the icon is gray, indicating that it does not currently require a test & improve.
Click the icon to change its status and add any relevant notes (and to view when it was last updated and by whom).
Note: If you flag an opportunity as in need of a test & improve, and then a user subsequently schedules one, the icon automatically reverts to its unflagged state.
