Working With Objectives

  • Adding an objective to the plan

    On the Objectives tab, click +Objective to add a new objective to the plan.

    Or select Create Objective in the quick-add menu on any account plan tab (except Insights and Relationships).

  • Expanding an objective

    To expand an objective and see its full details, click > or the Actions link (as shown below).

    The Actions link tells you how many open actions are on the objective, and tells you if there are any overdue actions (as indicated by the orange triangle in the above example).

  • Filtering the objectives list

    Three filters (shown in the example below) are available: priority, owner and account division.

    You can combine these with the Objectives view options in the left-hand panel.
