Main Workspace

The Objectives page's main workspace lists either objectives or actions, depending on whether you've selected Objectives or Actions List on the left.

When Objectives is selected, the following information is provided for each objective: the name, priority, objective type, number of open actions, account name and division (if the objective is assigned to a specific division), owner, due date and status.

When an objective is expanded (as with 'Build relationships in Ancaster Cork division' in the example below), you also see its metric, relevance to the customer, and strategy. In addition, the objective's actions are listed and any attachments that have been uploaded.

When Actions List is selected, all actions are displayed and the following information is shown for each action: name, due date, the associated objective (if any), the objective type and the owner of the action.

Any attachments uploaded for the action are also displayed.
