On installing Altify Max a library file of the latest insights for open opportunities is available. To apply this library to the Open Altify Opportunities scope, see Applying a Library File to a Scope.
You may at some stage need to import another library of insights. For example, if a newer version of the open opportunity insights becomes available. You can always check in the Opportunities knowledge domain to see the library version that you have currently installed (as highlighted below).
To install a new library file, you must first request the file from Altify. Store this JSON file in a convenient folder so that you can access it easily during the import process described below.
Importing a Library File into a Knowledge Domain
- On the Insight Editor tab, select the relevant knowledge domain.
- Click Import Library.
- Click File and browse to the JSON file containing the library provided to you by Altify.
- Click Import.
- Click OK to confirm that you want to proceed with the import. (This will not overwrite any insights currently applied to existing scopes.)
Once the library file is imported, you can choose to apply it to individual scopes within the knowledge domain.
