Add a role to Access Control
To add a role:

Click Analytics Settings
on the Analytics Menu and then click Access Control. The Access Control page displays a list of all available permissions.

Click Edit Permissions.

Click Add Role. The Add Role dialog box displays.

In the Role Name field, type a name for the new role.

Click Add. The new role column displays.

Select the required permissions.

Click Save. A confirmation message displays and the new role displays in the Roles section on the Users page.
