Conversational Search

SmartHub's conversational search solution allows you to configure a conversational bot that your users can interact with to ask specific questions related to your indexed content. when integrated with your indexed content, the conversational bot can search through your documents to retrieve answers to a users question. The bot also has the ability to suggest follow-up questions that are related to the users original question.

By integrating your own AI with SmartHub, you agree to the Upland AI Disclaimer. This disclaimer appears at the bottom of the Conversational Bot Settings page in the administration portal, as well as any page where you have configured the conversational search module.
