Questions and Answers
In the SmartHub administration portal, you can control and configure various settings related to your SmartHub chat bot. You can specify these settings to further empower your SmartHub instance to assist and facilitate users when interacting with your SmartHub conversational bot.

NLQ Service Settings |
The NLQ Service Settings page allows you to configure the information for the NLQ service provider of your choice. |
Questions and Answers | The Questions and Answers page allows you to configure conversation topics, NLQ Q&A, and featured results for your SmartHub chat bot. |
Auto Q&A Settings | The Auto Q&A Settings page allows you to configure the settings for your Auto Q&A provider. |
Unanswered User Questions | The Unanswered User Questions page allows the administrator to view all questions that users were unable to find through the SmartHub chat bot. Users can specify that they want SmartHub to find an answer to their query, and the administrator will see the specified query in the table on this page. |
Generate Answers | The Generate Answers page allows you to configure answers to user's queries when a specified intent is mentioned in the query. |
Feed and Index | The Feed and Index page allows you to import documents that Haystack will use in the index to find answers to users questions. |
