Requests

The Requests section centralizes all your requests - both service requests and incident requests - in a single place.

Request Center

The Requests section is where you can see a list of all the service requests in your organization. The request center is where you can find yours, or your employee's submitted service requests that were created in Self-Service.

To open the Request Center, click Requests > Request Center.

From the Request Center, you can:

• Filter and search for requests.
• Approve, reject, or cancel requests.
• View approver information.
• Add comments on service requests without approving or rejecting the request.
