Close a Risk and Create an Issue

The user is capable of closing a risk and creating an issue at the same time through My Project Work.

1. Access the Project Home page. For more information on how to access a project home page, click here.
2. On the Project Home page, under My Project Work, click the Risks tab. The list of available risks is displayed.

3. On the Risks list, click the arrow next to the issue name. A drop-down menu is displayed.

4. On the displayed menu, click Close and Create Issue.The create issue page is displayed with the risk details.

5. On the New Issue page, fill in the fields. For more information, click here.
6. Click Save. The Issue Details page is displayed.
