Configuration Extract Report
The Configuration Extract report lists all of the current Configuration data. This report will be exported in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
The Excel file will include worksheets for every Configuration option from the Administration page.
Selecting a worksheet will display data from the table that appears when that Configuration option is selected.
Example: Imagine an administrator selects Statuses from the "Risk" menu under "Configuration" on the Administration page.
This will display a table containing each Risk Status and its associated data.
When the Configuration Extract report is downloaded, the reader can select the "Risk - Status" worksheet from the Excel file.
This will display the same table from the Risk Statuses page in Eclipse PPM.
Administrators can run and download the Configuration Extract report from the Reports page.
