Available modules

The following modules can be added to a chain configuration.

Module Name	Use
Archives - Download	Downloads documents within an archive to the selected location. This module should follow the Archives - Find module.
Archives - Find	Monitors FileBound for archives with a Ready to Download status.
Archives - Verify	Verifies all files and documents in the archive and changes the archive status to 'Downloaded' when it is complete. This module should follow the Archives - Download module.
Backup Files	Keeps a backup copy of the files used in the import process.
Barcode Processing	Handles the reading and interpreting of barcodes on a document.
Barcode Reader	Reads barcodes of type 3 of 9, 218 or UPC from documents and places them on the DataStrings for later use in child modules.
Choose Project	Specifies a FileBound project.
Connect to REST API	Connects to a third party API and stores a result set in the Dictionary.
Decisions	Compares an item from the Dictionary and matches the values.
Delete System Files	Deletes files marked for deletion.
Dictionary Value Creator	Adds an ad-hoc entry to the Dictionary.
Document Attribute Selector	Sets the attributes of a document being processed, usually divider, separator, and name. This module is used only in the Barcode template.
Document Set	Places all of the documents in the FileCollection in a DocSet. This module is used for adding data to the Indexing Queue.
Email Apply Attachments	Reads the attachments of an email to create documents for upload. This module is used with the Email Reader module.
Email Mover	Moves an email to a different folder to prevent it from being uploaded again. This module is used with the Email Reader module.
Email Reader	Monitors an email mailbox for import into FileBound.
ERM Processing	Processes ERM (Enterprise Report Management) data.
File Attribute Selector	Sets the attributes of a file being processed. This module is used only in the barcode template.
File Collection Rebuilder	Runs through each file and document in a file collection, adds each file or document combination to the dictionary, and then calls any child modules. This module is used only in the barcode template.
File Iterator	Iterates through a FileCollection and perform actions on each one in the child modules.
File Selector	Searches the FileBound server for files. This module can be used to compare importing data against the server.
File Transformer	Re-maps the indexes of a file to a new file.
FileBound Custom Script	Performs special scrubbing functions on the data.
FileBound Object Saver	Makes any changes that have been made to an object permanent.
FileBound Server Connect	Specifies the FileBound server that you are going to use for the import process.
FileBound Server OCR Utility	Used to OCR a document in Importer.
Flag for Delete	Marks files for delete that are no longer required when the import process has completed execution.
Globally Shared Functions	Allows you to script in personal functions to be used anywhere in the loaded chain.
IC Line Items	For on-premise FileBound customers only. The IC Line Items module is a child module of the Import from IC module. It pulls down line items from an Intelligent Capture site and adds them to the Dictionary for import.
Import from IC	For on-premise FileBound customers only. The Import from IC module pulls down documents from an Intelligent Capture site and adds them to the Dictionary for import.
Import from InterFAX	The Import from InterFAX module pulls down faxes from an InterFAX account and adds them to the Dictionary for import.
Map Data to Files	Handles mapping of CSV fields, barcode sheets, and documents with FileBound field, file and document information.
Mass Import Client	DO NOT INCLUDE PER BLAKE
Match Value	Examines the DataStrings attempting to match the configured value. It will call children if it finds a match.
Monitor a Folder for Files	Monitors the file(s) in the specified folder.
Open and Read CSV Data	Reads through the CSV file and uses the specified delimiter for separating the data.
PDF2TIFF	Converts PDF documents into single page TIFF format.
PDFBreak	Splits PDF documents based on FileBound barcode 00F00.
PowerShell Scripting	Used to build custom functionality solutions with PowerShell scripts. PowerShell installation is required on the machine running this module.
Read SQL Data	Allows you to configure a connection to a Microsoft SQL database and perform a query to create the import data.
Report Pull	Returns the results of a report from FileBound. This module may be useful for exporting or match and merge solutions.
Route Selector	Finds a workflow route in the importing project.
Synchronize users with Active Directory	Synchronizes groups and users between the Active Directory domain and the FileBound server.
Upload Accumulator	Buffers uploading operations where making individual calls would be a waste of time. For example, you may use this module to collect 100 documents from the importing data before uploading.
Upload AS/400 Spool Files	Allows you to upload AS/400 spool files to a FileBound site.
Upload to FileBound	Saves files and documents to a FileBound site. This module uploads newly added files and documents as per the specified mapping set in the Map Data to Files module.
Upload to IC	Sends documents down a specified workflow on an Intelligent Capture site.
Verify Barcodes	Checks an input image for barcode processing.
XML Reader	The XML Reader module provides support to process XML (Extensible Markup Language) data. This type of data is often used in any place that needs a standards based method of storing or transmitting information in a structure method that can be readily accessed in many ways. Importer can be used to capture this data, parse any breaking conditions that would identify unique files and pages within the captured input file, and then upload the parsed information into a FileBound server.
