Scheduled Workflow process

A Scheduled Workflow process finds files or documents on a set schedule and automatically routes them through a specified workflow process.

This process will only process up to 1000 items at a time. If a find returns more than 1000 items to process, the Scheduled Workflow process will not run.

Example: On an annual basis, employees need to sign off on a company benefits document. A Scheduled Workflow process can be created to find all employees, generate the Benefits Acknowledgment form, and route it to the user for approval.

Note: This feature is only available for certain FileBound licenses. See FileBound licensing for more information.
