Update a file

Users may need to update FileBound index field values based off of changes that have been made in the host system. For example, a last name may change in a personal file due to a marriage or divorce.

1. Locate the file you want to update. See Basic file search for more information.
2. Make desired changes to the index field values.

3. Click Save.
