Loop stencil

You can use the Loop stencil to repeat a task for specified number of times. When the task is performed for the specified number of times, it moves on to the next step in the process. There are two types of connections from a Loop stencil; For Each and Done. The For Each connection is used to specify the task that will be performed and the Done connection is used to specify the step the document will move to. For example, you want to send a notification email to all users of HR department when a job application is received. You can use the Custom List option to specify the number of times the notification will be sent to all the members in HR department.

Available Connections

The Loop stencil has four connection points, one on each side of the stencil. These connection points are used to establish incoming and outgoing connections. There is no limit to the number of incoming connections that can be established on a Loop stencil; however, there can be only two outgoing connections from a Loop stencil, "For Each" and "Done".
