If users send email messages using the One-off address format for the SMTP connector withHP CR as the destination for the outbound message, you must create a routing rule that identifies outbound messages with 47327 as the destination and routes these messages to the intended delivery action.
Note: 47327 will be the destination for the outbound message after the Dispatch component has normalized the destination address.
