View log files

Location

OLRP Server log files are available at C:\ProgramData\Objectif Lune\OLRP\logs.

Authentication

Authentication details are logged at startup. Reviewing this information may be helpful if the service fails to start due to an authentication issue.

  • If you selected OAuth authentication, there are at least two relevant entries, similar to the lines below:

  • If you selected Basic authentication, this is indicated by an entry similar to the line below:

  • If you selected No authentication, this is indicated by an entry similar to the line below:

Print Jobs

Print jobs display the date, time, type of message, and other details and the printer and the job. A sample error message is shown below.
