Dashboard Overview

A Dashboard is a powerful method for looking at information associated with a group of work objects such as Projects, Ideas or Organizations. A Dashboard can be viewed from your Home page or from the "Dashboard" page. Dashboard information can be filtered by selecting a specific Portfolio and a specific Dashboard Layout.

Note: Only PowerSteering administrators can create Dashboard Layouts

Note: When the Navigation Menu is not in the pinned position, the Dashboard will expand automatically to fill the page. See The Pin for more information about how the pin impacts the display of PowerSteering.

After specifying both of these things, the layout can still be customized by removing, dragging, filtering and grouping columns. The initial display for the dashboard will be according to the specifications of layout created by an Administrator.

Known Issue: Users who access PowerSteering on Mac computers with small screens may not be able to scroll through their Dashboards. To remedy this issue, select the Apple Menu, System Preferences, and General. From here, ensure that "Show scroll bars" is set to Always:

On macOS Ventura, "Show scroll bars" is located in the Appearance menu.
Please also note that Safari (the default web browser for Apple devices) is not a supported PowerSteering browser. See System Requirements for more information on supported browsers.
