2026R1.0 - Controlled Release 3
A controlled release will be deployed to introduce the following high-priority fix. It will be available on the staging site on Wednesday, June 24th, 2026 and on the production site on Sunday, July 19th, 2026. Individual customer cases will be updated by the support team through the portal.

The following issue has been resolved with this release:
Upland Analytics reports loading slowly and timing out (PS-63512)
A bug caused certain Upland Analytics reports to load significantly slower than expected. These reports were taking up to twice or even three times the usual time to load, which often resulted in timeouts.
An investigation found that an index reorganization process needed to be optimized in order to address these performance issues. The process has been adjusted and the bug has been fixed; reports once again load within their expected timeframes.
