2026R1.0 - Controlled Release 5
A controlled release will be deployed to introduce the following high-priority fix. It will be available on the staging site on Wednesday, August 19th, 2026 and on the production site on Sunday, August 23rd, 2026. Individual customer cases will be updated by the support team through the portal.

Unable to copy work items with specific Work Generation templates (PS-64967)
A bug prevented users from copying specific work items. While attempting to copy these items, the screen would get stuck on the "Project Information" portion of the Add Project wizard.
The page would continue to load without any success, eventually leading to a timeout.
A similar issue was resolved as part of 2026R1.0 - Controlled Release 4, but an investigation found that the bug still persisted on work items with associated Work Generation templates that were configured in one of the following ways:

"When is generation ok?" was set to When source work is completed/approved or Custom

"Who can generate?" was set to Custom
The bug has been fixed; all work items can once again be copied in PowerSteering regardless of their associated Work Generation templates.
