Disable Financial Planner

The Disable Financial Planner selection box is available from the Options tab when modifying a Project. When selected:

  • The Financial Planner link will no longer be available for this Project.
  • Upon the execution of the Regenerate Financial Planner Data Automation Service, projects with the Disable Financial Planner flag are excluded from the process.

You can selectively choose to include/exclude projects from the Regenerate Financial Planner Data Automation Service improving the process and performance.

This article details how to disable Financial Planner for a project

  1. From the Icon Bar click Project List .
  2. From the Project List page, select the Project you wish to edit by following one of these steps:
    1. Click the Project context menu button to expand it. From the available options click Edit.
      OR
    2. Click the name of the Project you wish to access.

      Tip: Use the search capability for an efficient way of finding the specific project. For further details refer to Searching for a Project within the Project List page.

  3. Upon the Project Edit page displaying, click the Options tab.
  4. Ensure that the Disable Financial Planner selection box located under the Other section is chosen.

  5. Click Save to apply your changes.
  6. Impact of your modification:
    1. The Financial Planner link will no longer be available for this Project.
    2. Upon the execution of the Regenerate Financial Planner Data Automation Service, projects with the Disable Financial Planner flag are excluded from the process.
