The Upland Qvidian Email Notification Triggers and the activities that trigger them are listed below.
RFP Created Documents

Triggered when an owner of a created document assigns an RFP question to another user or users.

Triggered when an owner of a created document assigns a subsection, such as data entry, to another user or users.

Triggered when a user is assigned to an RFP in created documents.

Triggered when the due date of a created document is changed.

Triggered when a file is assigned to a user in a created document.

Triggered when the status of a document changes in created documents.

Triggered when an RFP question is emailed from the RFP file section of the Assemble tab when creating a document.

Triggered when an RFP question, with an attachment, is emailed from the RFP file section of the Assemble tab when creating a document.
Feedback

Triggered when a user adds a new participant to an existing feedback thread. This trigger sends a message to the new recipient.

Triggered when a user submits feedback.

Triggered when a user is added as a recipient to a feedback thread. This trigger sends a message to all recipients in the thread about the addition.

Triggered when a user in the feedback thread provides a reply to the thread.

Triggered when a user closes a feedback thread.

Triggered when a user forwards feedback to another user. This trigger sends an email to all recipients in the thread.

Triggered when a user forwards feedback to another user. This trigger sends an email to the user to whom the thread was forwarded.

Triggered when a user re-opens a closed feedback thread.
Library

Triggered when a content record is edited.

Triggered when a content item has expired, according to the expiration date in the content record properties. The message is sent to the content record owner(s) to remind them that the content needs reviewed.

Triggered when content record will expire, according to the expiration date in the content record properties, in a set number of days as specified in the ContentExpiringInXDays global setting. The message is sent to the content record owner(s) to remind them that the content needs reviewed.

Triggered when a user edits a content record that is linked to another content record via a content management link.
Login
The email trigger used to send emails when new users are created or reinitialized varies depending on your Upland Qvidian instance's authentication mode. See New Mixed Authentication User Created, New Single Sign-on Authentication User Created, and New User Created, listed below, for more information.

Triggered by the Upland Qvidian system when a user has not logged into Upland Qvidian for the number of days specified in the UserInactivityDisableInterval global setting.

Triggered when a new user is created or reinitialized in Upland Qvidian and the system is set up for mixed login. This trigger is only applicable if your instance has been configured to use Single Sign-On and allows explicit login access.

Triggered when a new user accesses Upland Qvidian with an SSO login. This trigger is only applicable if your instance has been configured to allow Single Sign-On access only

Triggered when a new user is created or an existing user is reinitialized. This trigger is only applicable if your instance has been configured to allow explicit login only, in which the user enters their username and password in Upland Qvidian to log in.

Triggered when a user's password is reset.

Triggered when user attempts to login a specified number of times, as set in Administration > Login Security, with the wrong credentials.
Projects

Triggered when a participant is added to a project. This email will not be sent on its own. The email body produced by this trigger is put into the RFP Project Notification Digest trigger email body and is sent from the project Notifications panel.

Triggered when a contributor submits their reply in the contributor portal.
The send status for this trigger is Auto Send only.

Triggered when the due date of a File List assignment is changed. This email will not be sent on its own. The email body produced by this trigger is put into the RFP Project Notification Digest trigger email body and is sent from the project's Notifications panel.

Triggered when a participant rejects a workflow task in a File List assignment, which sends it back to a previous task.
The send status for this trigger is Auto Send only.

Triggered when a participant rejects a workflow task in a RFP File assignment, which sends it back to a previous task.

Triggered when a Content Manager clicks Reassign from the Actions menu in Manage Content Review Jobs to reassign submitted content to another Content Manager.

Triggered when a participant completes their task in a project assignment workflow.

Triggered when a project participant replies to a comment thread. The participant who started the thread and all those who previously replied will receive the email.
Content Review Jobs

Triggered when a content manager pushes a reminder to a participant in the content review job
The send status for this trigger is Auto Send only.

Triggered when a reviewer submits their record(s) and it moves to the next task in the workflow.
The send status for this trigger is Auto Send only.

This is an automated email that the system will send to participants in the current Review Job task to let them know their tasks are past due. This email is triggered the day after a task has expired.
The send status for this trigger is Auto Send only.

This is an automated email that the system will send to participants in the current Review Job task to remind them that they have tasks due soon. This email is triggered based on the “ReviewJobTaskExpiringInXDays” Global Setting.
