Content tray

You can associate a content record or bundle in the library with a component by saving the content to the content tray, which is a holding area for records. add the content to Selection Driven Content, Static Content, and Structured Content components.

Add content records to the content tray

  1. In the document type architecture page, click Content Tray and then click Library.
  2. Browse to or search for the desired content. For more information, see Searching the library and Browsing the library.
  3. Select the content record, right-click and then select More Tools > Add to Architect Tray from the More OptionsMore Options menu menu.

Preview an image of the added content

  • On the grid, click the title link. The Preview Image dialog displays the content.

Add the content to subsection component

Once content is added to the content tray, you can add this content to a designated area on the selection Driven Content, Static Content and Structured Content components.

  • Select the Item that you plan on adding the content to; it will appear highlighted. On the grid, click the Add link next to the desired content from the Content Tray.

When adding content, the dropped content title displays in parentheses to the right of the item.

Remove content records

  • Select the content records you want to remove and then click Remove to remove those records from the Content Tray.

Empty the content tray

  • Click Empty Tray to remove all content records.
