Update your password

You can change the password you use to log into Upland Qvidian. If you do not know your current password or security questions, contact your Upland Qvidian administrator to reset the password for you.

To update your password, follow the tasks below.

1. Click the Profile menu icon in the header and select My Account Settings from the dropdown.
2. Navigate to the Credentials tab.
3. Enter your current password.
4. Enter your new password, and then enter your new password again.
5. Enter a security question. The question and its answer will be used to confirm your identity if you need to reset your password if you cannot remember your current one.
6. Enter an answer for the security question you entered.
7. Click Save.
