Analytics Additional Reports
In addition to the standard dashboards, Upland Analytics includes a set of additional reports that are unrelated to the current standard dashboards. These report are available in the Standard Dashboards > Additional Reports folder.

Tip: You can set the month that your company's fiscal year starts globally. This allows you to report on the fiscal year.
Displays a table showing information on content custom metadata, including
- Content ID
- Title
- Content Custom Metadata
- Value
Displays a pie chart that shows all audit events for actions performed on content records over the last 30 days.
Displays tabular report showing information on content keywords with the following columns:
- Content ID
- Title
- Enabled
- Keyword
- Keyword Aliases
- Content Owners
This report displays what merge codes are used in each content record.
Displays a tabular report showing information on content search terms, including:
- Library Folder Path
- Title
- Content ID
- Content Text
- Search Terms
Displays a tabular report showing information on content records in the library whose content text exactly matches another record's text. The report is grouped by duplicates. Information includes:
- Content ID
- Content Text
- Title
- Enabled
- Locale
- Date Created
- Created By
- File Name
- File Size
- File Extension
- Library Folder Path
- Content Owners
Displays a tabular report showing information on content feedback by recipient, including:
- Name of user who submitted the feedback
- Feedback ID
- If it is new feedback
- Feedback Type
- Feedback Subject
- Comments
- Submitter Name
- Status
- Date Created

- Content ID
- Content Date to Expire
- Content Owners

Displays a summary of the all assigned and unassigned keywords, including:
- Number of keywords
- Number of keyword aliases
- Number of keyword assignments
- Number of content records with assigned keywords
- Number of enabled content records with assigned keywords
- Number of content records without assigned keywords
- Number of enabled content records without assigned keywords
- Number of used and unused keywords
Displays information on assigned keywords, including:
- Keyword ID
- Keyword group
- Aliases
- Number of content records to which the keyword is linked.
- Number of enabled content records to which the keyword is linked.
Displays tabular report showing information on library folders, including:
- Folder title, description and ID
- Folder owners
- If the folder is enabled
- Folder path in the library
- Number of Files in the folder
- Number of approved, expired, or submitted content records
- Counts of content records by Q/A, Slides, Items, and Files
- Number of content records used and number of uses
This report displays what content each merge code is used in.
Displays tabular report showing information on what was searched for in the Library (Library Search and/or Browse, RFP Search and/or AutoSearch, Qvidian for Office Search and/or FirstPass, Search Mode in RFPs and/or File List searches).
- Top Searches: Search Counter, Search Text
- Search Detail: Search Date Time, User Full Name, Search Text
Note: The "LibrarySearchHistoryExpiration" Global settings specifies the number of days to keep content library search history records. Minimum value of 7, maximum value of 365. The default is 180 days.
Displays a bar chart showing all Projects created in the past 30 days and the total time spent, in hours, on each Project.
Displays a tabular list of keywords that are not assigned to any Q/As, Slides, or Items, along with their ID, group, and aliases.
Displays a bar chart showing the top 20 users and their total time spent, in hours, on Projects for the past 30 days.
